Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, suppliers, and third-party financial institutions. - Generating new leads and converting them into sales by effectively demonstrating the value of trade finance products to businesses. - Creating tailored financial solutions for clients to optimize their working capital needs. - Promoting supply chain financing offerings by highlighting the benefits of improved cash flow, risk mitigation, and cost efficiency. In the domain of Product Expertise & Advisory, you will be expected to: - Offer expert advice to clients on the best financing solutions based on their unique supply chain and business needs. - Present and explain the features of PID, SID, vendor financing, and dealer financing products, ensuring clients understand the financial impact and advantages. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in trade finance to maintain a competitive edge. Your role will also involve Client Onboarding & Relationship Management, where you will: - Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth setup and implementation of financing products. - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure products continue to meet their evolving needs. - Establish long-term relationships to maximize client retention and opportunities for cross-selling additional financial products.
