Corporate Finance Specialist Location: Mumbai Budget upto 40 LPA Maximum 7yrs of working experience MQ: CA/ICWA/MBA or PGDM – Finance Key Responsibilities: • Managed the raising of loans, including Syndicated and Bilateral Loans, acquisition financing, project loans, Revolving Credit Facilities, Short Term Facilities, working capital facilities, Inter-company financing in multiple jurisdictions and multiple currencies. • Managing a relationship with domestic and international Banks, FIs, debt Investors, the International Development Bank & internal teams. • Exposure in debt capital market issuances viz. REGS Senior Bond Issuance and Non-Convertible Debenture Issuance. • Managing domestic credit ratings & International Credit Ratings. • In-depth knowledge of credit ratings criteria. 📩 Interested?
