Corporate Development Associate

A Corporate Development Associate plays a critical role in supporting a company's strategic growth initiatives, particularly in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate strategy, and partnerships. Core responsibilities typically include conducting market research and industry analysis, identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, building financial models for valuation and deal analysis, supporting due diligence processes, assisting in negotiation and deal structuring, and preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership and board members. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and integration planning post-deal.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and support execution of M&A and partnership opportunities.
• Conduct detailed market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
• Lead and coordinate due diligence efforts and deal documentation.
• Support negotiation and deal structuring activities.
• Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and business cases for leadership.
• Collaborate with company executives and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to corporate strategy development and pipeline building of target markets or companies.
