As the Corporate Communications Manager at MicroMitti, you play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the brand identity of MicroMitti - Bharat's first Real Estate Co-Investment Firm. With a clear vision focused on Tier II, Tier III cities, and beyond, you are entrusted with the responsibility of establishing MicroMitti as a brand synonymous with trust, transparency, and transformation. Your primary duties revolve around crafting and executing a comprehensive strategic communications plan that resonates with both national and regional audiences. By strategically positioning the Founder & CEO, Mr. Manoj Dhanotiya, as a national thought leader in real estate, prop-tech, and entrepreneurial leadership, you aim to elevate the brand's visibility and credibility. Key responsibilities include developing annual and quarterly communication road-maps, creating a strategic messaging framework for various initiatives such as product launches, regional expansion, partnerships, investor updates, and thought leadership pieces. Additionally, you are expected to secure media coverage in top-tier financial publications like The Economic Times, Mint, Business Standard, The Hindu Business Line, and Financial Express. In the realm of new-age PR and brand thought leadership, you will drive high-profile visibility through owned intellectual properties like the "Micro Scope by MicroMitti Podcast" hosted by the Founder. Furthermore, you will be responsible for securing national-level PR guests, ensuring Founder's participation in nationally recognized events, and managing reputation & crisis communication effectively. Your role also involves maintaining and enforcing MicroMitti Brand Guidelines, overseeing written content across various platforms including PR, web, social media, investor decks, and event materials. By upholding the brand's standards and fostering strong media relationships, you will contribute significantly to MicroMitti's journey towards becoming a leading player in the real estate industry.,
