Senior Manager Corporate Communications PR

Department - Corporate Communication Public Relations

Location:

Mumbai (Andheri East) | Full-time

Role Overview

The Senior Manager Corporate Communications PR will play a pivotal role in

building, amplifying, and protecting Justo s brand reputation

across stakeholders investors, media, employees, and partners. This role calls for a strategic storyteller who can translate business objectives into compelling narratives, while ensuring consistent alignment with the company s vision and communication charter.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Communications

Develop and execute
annual and half-yearly communication strategies
aligned with Justo s business goals and IPO narrative.
Manage internal and external communication channels newsletters, speeches, annual reports, and thought-leadership content.
Create high-impact content for
CXO messaging, investor decks, AGM speeches, and Townhalls
.
Partner with HR and Admin to strengthen
employee engagement programs
(Investars, Udaan, CSR, etc.) through storytelling and campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all corporate collaterals and presentations.

2. Public Relations Media

Lead media strategy, press release dissemination, and reputation management across national and regional markets.
Liaise with
PR agencies, journalists, and trade publications
to ensure sustained visibility across business, real estate, and financial media.
Prepare media responses, FAQs, and spokesperson briefs for interviews and press interactions.
Monitor media coverage, track sentiment, and maintain a
quarterly PR impact report
.

3. Brand Campaign Management

Conceptualize and supervise
corporate campaigns
, milestone events, and strategic partnerships (e.g., Chestertons India launch, IPO initiatives, CSR drives).
Collaborate with design and digital teams to drive
LinkedIn campaigns, newsletters, and event creatives
.
Support leadership in
CSR storytelling and thought-leadership positioning
across platforms.

4. Crisis Governance

Maintain communication protocols for sensitive or high-stake issues.
Draft responses for investor, regulator, and stakeholder communications in coordination with Legal and Finance.

Skills Competencies

Strong grasp of
corporate communication, media relations, and financial PR
.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences from investors to internal teams.
Experience handling
agency partnerships, event communication, and leadership positioning
.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and high attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, high-visibility environment
with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Background

MBA/PG in Communications, Journalism, PR, or Marketing.
Prior experience in
real estate, BFSI, fintech, or listed companies
preferred.
Proven track record of
leading corporate or brand communication mandates independently
.
