Corporate Actions Analyst / Specialist

Location:Chennai Experience:8+ years Budget:Open work shift :4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Only male candidates It's more than just working on corporate action events for reconciliation, With recon, candidates work on corporate action events related to only coupon payments and dividends, which is limited. We want the person to be vastly experienced in Corporate Actions in all the verticals.
What we need is -

Fixed income corporate action research;

Corporate actions election processing,

Corporate action entitlement reconciliation,

Investigation of reconciliation exceptions,

Query management,

Corporate action process improvements and process design and

Involvement in Corporate Action related projects such as Chess Replacement and introduction of ISO20022 messages in the Corporate Action announcement process.

The successful candidate should have an excellent work ethic, have the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team and will be committed to achieving the team objectives. They are personally accountable, enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done and they are committed to meeting deadlines and producing complete and accurate work in line with operational risk and compliance policies. They support the team and other team members in participating in cross training and provide support and coverage during busy periods. They have a desire to progress and develop technical knowledge and skills, identify, propose and implement solution regarding risks preventative measure and improvement opportunities.
