Corporate Account Manager

As a Corporate Account Manager at CrowdStrike, your role is crucial in ensuring the success and thriving of our India-North customers with our next-generation endpoint technology. Your responsibilities will involve proactively advocating for customers across SMB to medium-large enterprise business segments, focusing on high levels of adoption to guarantee customer satisfaction. Balancing discovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with the renewals team for timely renewals will be key in this full sales cycle role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction - Manage the contract renewal cycle and achieve new sales growth within the customer base - Drive relationships with key customers and identify opportunities for upgrades and cross-sells - Consult with existing customers to recommend additional solutions from the CrowdStrike portfolio - Devise and execute account strategies to maximize growth - Provide high-touch customer service and deliver feedback to the Product Management team **Qualifications Required:** - At least 2 years of full sales cycle experience in account management or net new logo capacity - Strong ability to run a discovery, manage full sales cycle, handle objections, and close deals - Experience with sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler is a plus - Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in a quota-carrying role - Strong technical aptitude and exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to handle client objections and negotiations effectively,
