Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Core Senior Software Engineer

to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience, proficiency in multiple programming languages, and the ability to work across the complete software development lifecycle. This role requires close collaboration with product, architecture, design, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand use cases, pain points, and requirements to build user-centric solutions.
  • Design and develop complex software applications using modern tools, frameworks, and development methodologies (Agile).
  • Define and design scalable software architectures, components, and integration strategies.
  • Write high-quality front-end and back-end code, including UI, APIs, and microservices.
  • Collaborate regularly with architects, designers, and product owners.
  • Establish and implement testing strategies including unit, integration, and performance testing.
  • Enhance performance, reliability, and efficiency of applications.
  • Implement CI/CD and modern programming practices like TDD.
  • Follow security best practices, including data encryption and protection.
  • Continuously explore and integrate emerging technologies and best practices.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in React, Java Full Stack, Angular, Vue.js
  • Advanced expertise in at least one programming language and practical experience in two
  • 8+ years of software development experience (10+ years overall in IT)
  • Experience developing UI, APIs, microservices, and server-side components
  • Strong architectural understanding and full-stack development capabilities
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and Agile methodologies

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in Reliability Engineering
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts
  • Experience in 3DX / PLM platforms
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter (TC) and TC Visualization
  • Data analytics dashboards or visualization tools experience
  • Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps concepts
