  • Provide support during customer/third-party inspections and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3–6 years of experience in transformer manufacturing, particularly in core building and CCA operations.
  • Good knowledge of transformer construction (oil-filled/dry type), core losses, insulation systems, and winding techniques.
  • Familiar with electrical standards (IEC 60076 series, IS 2026, etc.)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of transformer physics and assembly techniques.
  • Hands-on knowledge of winding machines, core cutting/staking tools, and assembly jigs.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP systems (preferred).
