Job Summary
We are seeking aspirational graduates interested in a career in Consulting to join our niche Banking Domain and Practice. As a Business Analyst, you will support Senior Consultants, Project Managers, and teams of talented, professional business and technology consultants in the delivery of business-focused solutions for our clients using Oracle applications, tools, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis for the bank's requirements
- Elucidate requirements through discussions with customers and Oracle teams
- Prepare functional specifications for requirements in Financial Markets, Treasury, Corporate Banking, and Retail Banking, Payables/Receivables
- Prepare functional/business test plans for customization
- Conduct functional testing of customizations developed
- Adhere to Oracle internal processes and work with different internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with customers and partners for delivery of Oracle deliverables

Responsibilities
Qualifications & Skills
- Mandatory:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering, Science, and Accounting and finance with 3-9 years of field experience
- Strong banking and business knowledge in Retail and/or Corporate Banking
- Experience in core-banking/banking platforms, such as Flexcube, Finacle, Bancs, T24, or similar core banking or retail, corporate, transaction banking domain and products
- Experience in requirement gathering and solution design, and preparation of functional specifications
- Prior exposure to handling customers and excellent documentation skills
- Desired:
- Certifications in Business Analysis, such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA
- Specific experience in Islamic banking, consumer lending, CASA, payments, Islamic trade, and Islamic treasury
- Experience in corporate banking implementation in core banking lending/transactional banking space
- Work experience with product companies, such as Finastra or Intellect
- Knowledge and exposure to business analysis tools, such as Rational Requisite Pro, Visio, Balsamiq, Pencil, Trello, Smart Draw, or MS Office suite
- Willingness to travel onsite to customer locations if required
