Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Coordinator and Planning Engineer based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The role involves ownership of demand planning, production scheduling, and coordination across teams to enable seamless project execution. You will also analyze data and provide insights for process improvement and effective resource allocation. Regular communication with stakeholders will be essential to ensure project timelines and goals are achieved effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Demand Planning, Production Planning, and overall Planning
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data and optimize processes
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage projects efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry is a plus
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is advantageous
