Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Coordinator and Planning Engineer, located in Gurugram with some work from home flexibility. The Coordinator and Planning Engineer will be responsible for demand planning, production planning, and managing the entire planning process. Daily tasks include analyzing data, coordinating with teams, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves monitoring project progress and updating management on status and outcomes.

• Strong Analytical and Planning skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field preferred
• Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry is a plus
• Project management experience is beneficial
