Digital Marketing Trainee

Responsibilities

·      Create and run digital campaigns across LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Facebook.

·      Bring our brand alive on social media - from content ideas to execution.

·      Dive into data - track campaign results, analyse what’s working, and suggest improvements.

·      Collaborate with our design and content team to craft thumb-stopping posts, stories, and newsletters.

·      Keep an eye on industry trends and competitors to inspire fresh marketing ideas.

·      Contribute ideas for improving digital reach, engagement, and conversion.

·      Plan and deliver as per content strategy tagged to the numbers – Followers, Impressions, engagements and finally converting them as potential customers

Must have qualifications

·      6 months to 1 year of experience in copywriting (internship or regular job).

·      A knack for writing catchy captions and storytelling that converts.

·      Basic understanding of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.

·      A love for numbers — because data tells the real story.

·      A self-starter attitude — curious, creative, and ready to learn on the go!

Preferred Skills

·      Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or SEO is a plus.

·      Command over content writing or copywriting for digital platforms.

·      Analytical mindset and interest in marketing data interpretation.
