About the Role:

Junior Copywriter

What you’ll do:

• Help craft content plans and ideas for Rewynd’s social media
• Write captions, scripts, and stories that make people hungry (for snacks and good vibes)
• Support in writing copy for campaigns, emailers, packaging, and ads
• Work closely with the design and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
• Learn, experiment, and grow as a creative thinker

Must-have skills:

• Strong storytelling and creative writing skills
• Good grasp of grammar, clarity, and flow
• Ability to write for different digital formats — social media, ads, emailers, website copy
• Understanding of brand tone of voice and consistency across channels
• Basic knowledge of SEO and writing with keywords (without sounding robotic)
• Comfort with writing short-form video scripts and captions
• Ability to brainstorm and plan content calendars
• Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Sheets, or Notion for collaboration
• Comfortable working with design and marketing teams to align on visuals and messaging
• Willingness to take feedback and collaborate with the team
