You will troubleshoot technical issues, working with technical teams when necessary. Additionally, maintaining and updating documentation for digital processes and procedures, tracking website performance, and identifying areas for improvement are important tasks. Staying updated with the latest digital trends and technologies is crucial for this role. You will also be responsible for managing email lists, responding to basic customer queries, and managing customer lists within the CRM. Creating and managing check-lists, follow-ups, and minutes of meetings will also be part of your duties.
