Digital Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Workflow Optimisation:

    Identify and implement improvements to digital processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. 

2. Project Management:

    Execute digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. 

3. Platform Management:

    Maintain and update digital platforms and systems, including websites, applications, social media channels, payment gateways, automation tools. 

4. Digital Asset Management:

    Organise and manage digital assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and usable. 

5. Collaboration:

    Work with various teams (marketing, content, sales, healers and coaches) to achieve common goals. 

6. Troubleshooting:

    Identify and resolve technical issues, collaborating with technical teams when needed. 

7. Documentation:

    Maintain and update documentation for digital processes and procedures. 

8. Performance Monitoring:

    Track website performance and identify areas for improvement. 

9. Trend Awareness:

    Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies.
