Digital Operations Specialist

As a Digital Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and developing the learning platform on a day-to-day basis. Your key tasks will include creating bespoke learning content, fostering professional relationships with clients and their Distributor network, and executing digital learning strategies across 70 countries. Your role will involve gaining a deep understanding of the learning platform, delivery methods, strategies, and related technologies. You will be the driving force behind engagement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the platform and content, ensuring active participation and engagement in the learning process. You will identify opportunities for system and strategy enhancements to improve participation and engagement levels. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries, reporting, and development requests related to the learning platform for the entire network. Your responsibilities will include monitoring all developments and ensuring a seamless user experience for learners and their management. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the Central Academy to report KPIs, resolve issues, and drive content strategy. You will also liaise with clients to create plans, assets, and obtain necessary approvals. Your regional collaboration skills will be crucial in ensuring the success of the digital learning platform. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in managing digital learning platforms and designing digital programs. A strong multi-disciplinary background, particularly in Digital and Marketing, will be advantageous. You should possess strong teamwork skills, the ability to take ownership, and lead effectively during uncertain times. Experience in creating, curating, and editing learning content in various formats such as PDFs, videos, images, and audio files is essential. Graphic design skills and qualifications, along with proficiency in graphic editing software, will be highly beneficial in fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.,
