Digital Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing workflows by identifying and implementing improvements to digital processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. You will also be in charge of project management, ensuring that digital projects are executed on time and within budget. Organizing and managing digital assets to ensure easy accessibility and usability will be a key part of your role. Collaborating with various teams such as marketing, content, sales, healers, and coaches to achieve common goals is essential. You will troubleshoot technical issues, working with technical teams when necessary. Additionally, maintaining and updating documentation for digital processes and procedures, tracking website performance, and identifying areas for improvement are important tasks. Staying updated with the latest digital trends and technologies is crucial for this role. You will also be responsible for managing email lists, responding to basic customer queries, and managing customer lists within the CRM. Creating and managing check-lists, follow-ups, and minutes of meetings will also be part of your duties.
