Role Overview:

As a Copywriter at Jolt Media, you will focus on creating YouTube video scripts, ad creatives, persuasive sales pages, and lead magnets (such as eBooks, checklists, and guides). This role is ideal for individuals with some writing experience who are looking to expand their skill set in digital marketing. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this position and grow within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write engaging and clear YouTube video scripts that capture the audience’s attention and drive action.
• Develop persuasive sales pages that effectively communicate the value of our client’s offerings.
• Create valuable lead magnets that help generate leads and build email lists.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure all copy aligns with the client's brand and objectives.
• Receive ongoing training and constructive feedback to refine your writing skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in writing (preferably in the digital marketing/content space, but not required).
• High level English proficiency
• A strong interest in learning digital marketing and copywriting techniques.
• Creativity and the ability to craft engaging, clear, and concise content.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a remote team.
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to improve and grow.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month
• Commissions: Additional commission based on the amount of work delegated and your experience. The more you contribute, the more you can earn.
