Role Overview:

Copy Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, ensuring quality, creativity, and consistency in output.
• Develop high-impact creative ideas, scripts, and storytelling for ad films, integrated campaigns, and digital-first content.
• Collaborate with art, strategy, and client servicing teams to create campaigns that resonate with audiences.
• Drive concept development and ensure flawless execution of copy across digital, social, print, and video platforms.
• Partner with top brands to conceptualize and deliver

  iconic campaigns

  that stand out in the industry.
• Provide strategic creative inputs during pitches, presentations, and client discussions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–6 years of experience in

  copywriting within advertising/digital agencies

  .
• Strong portfolio showcasing

  campaigns for leading brands

  (award-winning work is a plus).
• Expertise in

  digital advertising and branded storytelling

  .
• Proven ability to write, conceptualize, and execute scripts for ad films.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to inspire, nurture, and elevate copywriting talent
