The Role

We’re looking for a

Copy Supervisor

who’s fluent in both Hindi and English, has a strong grip on brand thinking, and can lead ideas across campaigns. You’ll work closely with the creative and Account teams to deliver content that’s crisp, relevant, and impact-driven.

Responsibilities :

Lead creative thinking and copy across digital campaigns, videos, ads, and social media
Write and review copy in both Hindi and English
Craft brand narratives and tone of voice
Guide a team of junior writers and collaborate with designers and art directors
Work on campaign ideas, pitches, and big-ticket projects
Ensure clarity, consistency, and originality in all content
Partner with strategy and servicing teams to shape brand communication

Requirements :

3–4 years of copywriting experience, preferably in an agency setup
Strong command over both Hindi and English
Experience writing for multiple formats: social, video, long-form, campaigns
Good understanding of brand tone, audience insights, and platform trends
Team player who can take the lead, guide others, and still write great copy
Portfolio that reflects sharp thinking and fresh ideas
