The Skills That Seal the Deal

• 4–5 years of real copywriting experience—across digital, social, campaigns, content, etc.
• You’re comfortable using GenAI tools (like GPT-4o, Claude, Meta AI) to boost your process
  not replace it
• You know how to take a project from idea to final delivery, managing deadlines and standards
• You’re confident presenting your work, and open to feedback that helps make it better
• You enjoy mentoring and believe in lifting others up
• You think strategically—you’re not just writing pretty words, you’re building stories that move people
