Responsibilities

  • Lead copy development across mainline & integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with art, strategy, and account teams to create impactful ideas.
  • Maintain high-quality writing standards and ensure brand tonality across all deliverables.
  • Mentor junior writers and guide them through brainstorming, crafting, and refining work.
  • Present concepts confidently to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay updated with cultural trends, consumer insights, and industry best practices.


Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in copywriting within creative/advertising agencies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual work, storytelling ability, and campaign thinking.
  • Ability to handle multiple brands and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Excellent command over English and a knack for crisp, insightful writing.
  • Experience leading a copy team is a plus.
