How You ll Help Us Connect the World.

• Facilitate price approvals by coordinating with Sales and Pricing teams.


• Provide inventory and material availability updates to support proposal bidding.


• Collaborate with SE team to validate BoQs and suggest alternative MIDs based on supply.


• Ensure timely distributor order placement and accurate order logging with CSO; verify quote-to-PO alignment.


• Liaise with Legal for OEM authorizations and bid approvals.


• Keep stakeholders informed on billing status for key projects.


• Monitor weekly sales projections vs. bookings; support Sales in report preparation.


• Partner with Planners and CSO for material provisioning and delivery coordination.


• Manage logistics with distributors and partners to ensure timely deliveries.


• Conduct quarterly assessments of Point of Purchase (POP) and Point of Sales (POS) data.


• Address operational queries from CSO, Planners, and Plants.


• Handle distributor support tasks including PO amendments, order execution issues, and site warranty tracking.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.


• 8+ years in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Supply Chain Coordination within technology or manufacturing sectors.


• Deep knowledge of sales processes, pricing strategies, and inventory management. Proficient in ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms.


• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.


• Familiarity with legal and bid approval procedures.


• Collaborative and proactive problem-solver. Resilient under pressure with a customer-first mindset.
