Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Academic Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience and be passionate about maintaining strong parent relationships and supporting teaching staff. Key Responsibilities:Communicate regularly with parents to address and resolve their concerns effectively. Act as a bridge between parents, teachers, and school management. Monitor the performance and classroom management of teachers. Support and guide teachers in academic planning and daily classroom activities. Maintain discipline and ensure smooth academic functioning in the branch. Coordinate PTMs and other parent engagement activities. Prepare and maintain academic reports and updates as required. Ensure timely implementation of school policies and procedures.
