Coordinator

As a Coordinator at WWF-India, you will play a crucial role in supporting the conservation and education projects in the Hyderabad State Office. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparation of the Annual Budget for the State Office and assisting the team in developing budgets for various projects. - Liaising with supporting agencies and donors to ensure timely release of funds and submission of reports and donation receipts. - Managing databases for donors and donor reporting, as well as email list management for event invitations. - Procuring and processing documents and quotations for office infrastructure, conservation, and education projects. - Maintaining stock registers and library books. - Supporting field work, project concept note, and proposal development for environment education and conservation projects. - Organizing fund-raising activities such as merchandise sales and events. - Representing WWF-India in discussions, meetings, events, and activities as directed by your manager. - Establishing relationships with media houses to promote WWF-India's work in the state. - Assisting in project management, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure timely and within budget completion. - Taking charge of office activities and initiatives during team vacancies and assisting the Tamil Nadu education team when needed. The role requires a candidate with the following qualifications, experience, and abilities: - Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline with administrative experience preferred. - Fluency in English, Telugu, and working knowledge of Hindi. - Strong writing and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel as needed. - Client-facing abilities.,
