The Project Coordinator will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. The role involves coordinating between departments, managing project documentation, tracking progress, and supporting the project manager in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities. Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and status trackers. Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, and vendors. Follow up on project deliverables and deadlines to ensure timely completion. Support the project manager in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation. Monitor project progress and escalate issues or delays when necessary. Assist in procurement coordination and ensure timely delivery of project materials. Maintain project files, records, and correspondence in an organized manner. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and project procedures. Participate in meetings and prepare minutes of meetings (MOM).
