Location - Goregaon east

Experience - 2yrs minimum

Salary - 20k to 35k

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars for executives, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management by handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of executive schedules and updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong calendar management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) & Google Calendar.
