Role & responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the company and various government departments.
  • Coordinate and follow up on official documents, permissions, and approvals as required.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with government officials; prepare and submit necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain records of communications, submissions, and approvals.
  • Support internal departments with information or documents related to government communications.
  • Provide regular updates to the reporting authority on the status of tasks and follow-ups.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive documents and interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of government procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (written and spoken).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email correspondence, document drafting).
