Position : Load Assistant

Location : Hyderabad , Rasoolpura

• Fresher Monthly salary 16 K to 17 K CTC
• Experience Monthly Salary 19k to 22 K CTC

Main Requirements :

• 0 - 2 years relevant experience
• Rotational week offs will be followed (no fixed Saturday/Sunday off).
• Compensatory leave or payment will be provided for the same.
• Login from home at 6:00 AM is mandatory.
• Reach the office by 10:00 AM and continue work until 7:00 PM.
• On certain days, work may extend up to 9:30 PM, based on business requirements.
• The candidate must be comfortable with all the above conditions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Reach out to target number of supply leads in the assigned category on a daily basis.

2. Detail out the Porters offerings to the supply and understand their requirements

3.Identify new requirements to be converted into products depending on supply feedback

4.Make prospecting lists using industry understanding and online sources

5.Actively track conversion to make supply lead process improvements

6.Make cold calls and follow up calls to leads/prospects to assist in conversion

7.Build short term relationships with prospects to improve chances of setting up meetings

8.Highlight any trends and concerns to senior management

9.Perform market studies for new zones depending on business potential and other parameters.

KRA-

1.Has to look upon the entire onboarding process of partners as per the SOP.

2.Maintain supply lifecycle- Has to make sure any supply onboarded should at least do 5 orders in the first week.
