Your Wholesome Role

As a Cook Relationship Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for our home cooks and kitchens. Your role will involve building strong relationships with cooks, signing contracts, and actively bringing new cooks on board. You’ll also help shape the menu offerings, ensure smooth operational performance, and provide guidance to cooks to help them thrive on the platform.

What We Desire from You

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably within the food service or food tech industry.

Skills:

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with cooks and kitchens.
• Sales & Onboarding: Source new cooks, sign contracts, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Leadership: Guide and motivate cooks, act as the first point of contact, and influence outcomes.
• Market Insights: Provide advice on market trends, solving issues to ensure cook success.
• Operational Efficiency: Manage sales administration, streamline processes, and report on performance.
• Menu Development: Create diverse, unique, and consistent menus for your zone.
• Revenue Management: Meet revenue targets and manage cook accounts effectively.
• Communication: Handle queries, especially regarding payouts, and maintain clear communication with cooks.
• Data-Driven: Analyze data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
• Quality Inspection: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure food, hygiene, and kitchen standards are consistently met.
