Key Responsibilities:
Expertise in Automation & Project-based companies
Experience with Sheet Metal Industries – Food/Pharma/Powder Handling Equipment
Proficiency in costing & estimation of MCC, PCC, APFC, VFD, and Automation Panels
Strong knowledge of Siemens PLC (S7-300/400/1500), Allen Bradley, etc.
SCADA engineering & testing procedures
Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical
On-site panel integration & support
Hands-on experience with FAT and Commissioning
Prepare detailed BOM & BOQ
Documentation as per ISO & CE standards
HMI screen development, Alarm & History Management
Accurate project cost estimation and proposal coordination
Project tracking & interdepartmental coordination
Drive business development and client meetings
