About the Role

Control Tower function

This is a high-visibility role that requires sharp analytical skills, quick decision-making, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Real-Time Monitoring & Coordination

• Track live operational dashboards for order flow, kitchen readiness, rider availability and delivery timelines
• Identify anomalies (delays, rider shortages, kitchen backlogs) and escalate/resolving them quickly
• Monitor OOS (Out-of-Stock) reports and coordinate with supply chain teams for quick replenishment

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Pull operational performance data, run root cause analyses and present findings
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports to highlight trends, bottlenecks and improvements
• Track SLA adherence for deliveries and kitchen prep times

3. Issue Resolution & Escalation

• Act as the first point of escalation for operational breakdowns
• Work closely with ground teams to resolve issues within minimal turnaround times

4. Process Improvement

• Document recurring issues and work with stakeholders to design preventive measures
• Suggest improvements to dashboards, alerts, and SOPs

Qualifications

• Education

  : B.Tech / BE (preferred in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or Analytics fields)

• Experience

  : Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in analytics, operations or supply chain
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL knowledge is a plus)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent communication skills in

  English, Hindi and Kannada
