Job Description

Maintain and update distribution lists, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal documentation.
Organize and store internal resources for easy access; update and rationalize SharePoint sites and intranet pages.
Assist with monthly headcount reporting and maintain summaries by location and cost centre.
Support the preparation and organization of team meetings, town halls, and off-sites, including updating organizational charts and distributing materials.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including distributing new joiner packs and materials.
Help coordinate project activities, track progress, and follow up on open items.
Assist in defining and maintaining business processes and procedures.
Run basic data analysis to support decision-making (with guidance).
Track and update manual maintece files. Track expenses and key metrics.
Assist in preparing materials for executive meetings.
Support the implementation of strategic and ficial objectives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Self-starter with the ability to anticipate next steps and take initiative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau & Alteryx.
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize and multi-task.
High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges and find solutions.
Working hours EMEA shift.
