The Role: Hiring Python Developers to support a U.S.-based foundational LLM company working on next-generation AI models. Your work will directly influence how these models are trained, evaluated, and refined. This role focuses on dataset generation, model evaluation, and Python development — playing a key part in Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), and benchmarking AI systems. What You’ll Do: Develop efficient Python code that supports AI training pipelines. Generate and refine datasets for SFT and contribute to RLHF workflows.
