Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business needs and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

·      Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

·      We are looking for someone with any IT Recruitment background & development hiring.

·      Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.

·      Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

·      Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional recruitment process.

·      Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

·      Support diversity and inclusion efforts in recruitment practices.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·      Proven experience as a recruiter,

·      Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
