Job Description

Title : Contract & Compliance Specialist { Third party Payroll } Reporting Line : Head - Legal Position Purpose : The position serves as a key role to is overall responsible to assist ADP Legal Counsel in managing contracts, compliance, and litigation for ADP's business. Key Responsibilities : Assist ADP Legal Counsel in managing contracts, compliance and litigation for ADP's business Manage Contracts Draft, review, negotiate, finalise, execute and file Client, Vendor and Employment Contracts Work with ADP associates and third parties Manage Compliance - research, scope, track, record and report on Compliances impacting ADP's business Compliances impacting ADP's Products and Services Work with ADP associates and partners (law firms, corporate secretarial firms, CPAs, etc) Litigation support - gather information from internal stake holders, draft and review documents, brief counsels and attend court hearings. Such other legal and compliance matters, as may be required Clear communication Prompt and timely response Adherence to delivery timelines Travel, if required. Build & maintain collaborative working relationship with different teams e.g., Sales, Implementation, GPT, Finance, HR, etc. Experience : Ability to prioritize critical client issues. Able to analyse and bring resolution Ability to articulate well and create strong connects with internal and external stakeholders.
