Contracts Manager

Contract Lifecycle Management:

• Own the process of contracts signing including MSAs, SLAs, NDAs, licensing

agreements, and SOWs.

• Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and client requirements.

• Bid Management:

• Lead and manage bids (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) from opportunity identification

through to submission.

• Develop bid strategies in collaboration with sales, technical teams, and

leadership.

• Define deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities for each bid opportunity.

• Content Coordination:

• Coordinate input from stakeholders across technical, commercial, legal, and

delivery functions.

• Write, edit, and proofread proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and

alignment with customer requirements.

• Risk & Compliance:

• Identify and mitigate legal, commercial, and operational risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Ensure all bids comply with internal governance, risk management, and legal

frameworks.

• Conduct bid/no-bid evaluations based on strategic fit, risk, and commercial

viability.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Liaise with legal teams, sales, procurement, and project delivery teams to

align contract terms with business goals.

• Engage with prospective clients during pre-bid and bid stages to clarify

requirements and enhance proposal alignment.

• Support contract-related discussions during pre-sales and delivery phases.

• Contract Governance:

• Maintain a contract repository and ensure timely renewals, extensions, and

obligations tracking.

• Conduct contract audits and manage disputes or claims if they arise.

• Process Improvement:

• Develop standard contract templates and improve contract management

practices.

• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract policies.
• Maintain a bid library and templates for future use.
• Review feedback and outcomes to continuously improve the bid process.
