Job Description

Experience in industrial building is mandatory.

Qualification BTech/Dip in Civil

Experience - Min 18 years

Well versed in
Contractual correspondence,

contracts terms & condition .
Day to day correspondence management with Client and maintaining record.
Claim realization from client.
Preparation and Evaluation of claim and claim documentation
Monitoring Project Progress with plan and identifying variance for the same.
Application of time over run/ Notices in case of Variations/ Claims
Oversee the operational and financial management of the project.
Develop and foster client relationships.
Negotiate with clients, customers, and suppliers to maximise the ROI of the company.
Conduct market research and identify suitable stake holders to carryout subcontract works.
Maintain reports and records of the budgets, revenue, cost and forecast the project financial reports.
Support the other departments with queries about commercial processes.
Manage commercial risks and devise strategies to overcome.
Knowledge of Cost to Complete, EOT claims, sub-contractor contract administration.
