Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Contractor (Tech PMO Operations)

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and managing workspace allocation, relocations, and maintaining updated documentation
Collaborating with internal teams for seat assignment coordination and forecasting workspace needs
Drafting stakeholder communications and serving as a main point of contact for workspace-related matters
Organizing leadership meetings, preparing materials, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-up
Managing recurring reporting tasks, staffing data, and other documentation
Supporting process improvements and helping implement operational workflows

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Basic Qualifications:

3- 8 years in facilities operations, workspace planning, or coordination roles (preferably in IT/Tech/BFSI sectors)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong stakeholder management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Self-driven and detail-oriented; proactive approach to coordination

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using
Confluence
or similar tools
Comfortable working with data and generating reports
Prior exposure to administrative or operational PMO work
