As a Contractor Revenue Officer in the Paint Industry based in South Chennai, your role involves driving sales growth, managing relationships with contractors, conducting market research, and staying updated on product knowledge. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue sales opportunities with contractors in the paint industry to achieve revenue targets. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities. - Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure contracts and close deals. - Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth sales processes and timely delivery of products. Contractor Relationship Management: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, understanding their needs and providing suitable product recommendations and solutions. - Serve as the main point of contact for contractors, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Conduct regular business reviews with contractors to identify growth areas, provide product training, and present new offerings. Market Research and Analysis: - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify business growth opportunities. - Analyze sales data, market reports, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies. - Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market demands, and competitor strategies. Product Knowledge and Expertise: - Develop a comprehensive understanding of paint products, including features, benefits, and applications. - Stay informed about new product launches, enhancements, and industry developments to effectively communicate with contractors.
