Description
As a Dynamics 365 Professional at YASH Technologies, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Possessing 4-5 years of experience in D365 F&O, with a focus on Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash & Bank, which is mandatory. - Handling L2 support in Finance while contributing as a Finance Analyst in functional analysis and solutioning in coordination with internal analysts. - Supporting multi-country rollouts is a mandatory requirement. - Demonstrating strong knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is essential. - Showcasing good communication skills and the ability to work closely with senior analysts and business users. Your role will require the following technical/functional competencies: Requirement Gathering and Analysis: - Extracting requirements for complex scenarios and prototyping independently. - Identifying impacted modules/features/functionalities and providing high-level estimates. - Developing traceability matrix and identifying transition requirements. Application Design: - Having a good knowledge of design principles and performance engineering concepts. - Ability to create UI/Design and business logic elements, navigation, screen flow, and layout based on applicable criteria and constraints. - Identifying and applying design standards following applicable criteria and constraints. Architecture Tools And Frameworks: - Familiarity with industry tools and frameworks, analyzing and using them based on customer requirements. - Working with SMEs to explore and implement new tools/frameworks. Estimation And Resource Planning: - Identifying and assigning resources required to complete tasks. - Using appropriate estimation models for medium-high complexity scenarios. - Tracking and reporting gaps between budgeted and actual spending. Product/ Technology Knowledge: - Implementing code or configuring/customizing products, driving adoption of industry standards and practices. - Contributing to the development of reusable assets and innovative solutions. - Analyzing frameworks/tools and presenting recommendations, developing training and certification material, and demonstrating thought leadership. Test Management: - Creating iteration and system integration test plan. - Developing and reviewing test cases, conducting unit testing, defining metrics, and supporting testing processes. - Conducting RCA, verifying system builds and test environments, and creating business scenario test cases/automation test scripts. Customer Management: - Having a working knowledge of the customer's business domain and technology suite. - Proactively suggesting solutions to increase business and understanding customer's business. Project Management: - Working knowledge of project management process, tools, and templates. - Executing medium projects effectively, creating/reviewing milestone/metric reports, project status, closure reports, creating a continuous quality improvement plan, and providing inputs for organization-wide process assets. Domain/ Industry Knowledge: - Applying industry standards and practices, creating complex business models in line with customer requirements independently. - Analyzing current-state and defining to-be processes in collaboration with SMEs, presenting recommendations with tangible benefits. - Driving process improvement initiatives, ROI analysis through innovation. Marketing: - Having a basic knowledge of Marketing, understanding Market Trends, and Conducting Market Research. - Sourcing relevant Market Data and Preparing Reports. - Writing Blogs and Participating in External Forums. Pre-Sales: - Having a good knowledge of the bid process and understanding RFP/RFIs. - Preparing Response documents to Medium Scale Bids. - Working with Sales Team to ensure the successful closure of the sales process. - Attending to customer requests for information on RFIs and assisting Technical Team with sales enquiries.
