What would you do?

"- Gained experience in the technology (High Tech and Software) sector, driving initiatives that improved online presence and customer engagement on a global scale - Deep expertise in managing sales operations back office processes with knowledge of operations processes, tools and technology - Has extensive knowledge in preparing Sales Contracts, Contract drafting, contract abstraction, contract redlining, contract orchestration, understanding of the contract approval process. - Has worked with different contract types like MSA, Work Orders, Change Orders, Service Agreements. Has knowledge of writing the terms and conditions, risks, assumptions - Ability to customize all documents to accurately reflect services to be provided, oversees finalization of documents, and distributes final documents to sales leaders for signatures. - Collaborates with team members, operations, business development and other sources, to finalize the contract draft submissions. - Worked with various cross functional teams like contracts, finance, and operations. - Supports the contracts Management team with review of draft contracts before submission and analysis of budgets to ensure accuracy and efficiency. "- Expertise in managing sales operations back office processes with knowledge of operations processes, tools and technology. - Result oriented leader managing teams of 20+ HC working in remote and hybrid environment. - experience in Warranty policies, warranty programs, warranty claims"
