Contract Manufacturing Executive

Qualification:

• B.Sc. / B.Pharm / MBA

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in

  Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO)

  and

  Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO)

  sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sustainable business growth.
• Develop strategies to expand the organization’s presence in domestic and international markets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
• Negotiate contracts, prepare business proposals, and close deals effectively.
• Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking to identify trends and opportunities.
• Represent the company in client meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Ensure business targets and KPIs are met as per company goals.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of CDMO & CMO business models.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
