Job Description

Position - Contract Manufacturing Executive

1. Vendor & Supplier Management:

-Identify, evaluate, and onboard third-party manufacturers (TPMs) as per company standards.

-Negotiate contract terms, costing, MOQs, and lead times with suppliers.

-Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.

2. Production Planning & Coordination:

-Coordinate production schedules with TPMs based on company demand forecast.

-Ensure availability of raw materials and packaging materials at manufacturing sites.

-Track production progress and resolve delays or bottlenecks.

3. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

-Ensure TPMs comply with company's quality standards. GMP, ISO, FDA, or regulatory requirements.

-Conduct factory audits and coordinate with QA teams for approvals,

-Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in case of quality issues.

4. Documentation & Contracts:

-Prepare and maintain manufacturing agreements, NDAs, and contracts.

-Handle regulatory documentation (license copies, certifications, MSDS, COA, etc.).

-Maintain batch records, invoices, and vendor correspondence.

5. Cost & Inventory Control:

-Monitor and control manufacturing costs, ensuring profitability.

-Track inventory of packaging & raw materials sent to TPMS.

-Work with finance team on payment terms and debit notes (if required).

6. Cross-functional Coordination:

-Liaise with internal teams: Supply Chain, QA, R&D. Packaging Development, Marketing, and Finance.

-Support new product development (NPD) with TPMS for trial batches and scale-ups.

-Coordinate artwork approvals and packaging compatibility with TPMs.

7. Reporting & MIS:

-Prepare regular reports on production status, inventory at TPMs, and vendor performance.

-Highlight risks, delays, or issues to management with timely solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
