Contract Associate, BTS - Global Capability Center

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 1-3 years of experience to join our team as a Contract Associate in the Global Capability Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management and administration, with excellent communication skills.

• Manage and administer contracts from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of all contracts, including contract terms, conditions, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service to external clients and vendors, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving disputes.
