We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 1-3 years of experience to join our team as a Contract Associate in the Global Capability Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements and budgets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Develop and implement financial models and forecasts.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide support in auditing and financial reporting processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including accounting principles and financial analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial software applications.
