Process onboarding, extensions and terminations of DTTS contractors
Provide lifecycle support for the DTTS Contractor Staffing Team
Fully owns of the Contractor Staffing Mailbox
Manage system onboarding for Contractors by updating and verifying SAP Engaging Manager and HR dashboard with candidate
entries
Liaise with payroll, access services, technology support, procurement and other teams to ensure contractor onboarding, access and
data is accurately processed and updated.
Track Contractor end dates and manage the extension and termination process by liaising with hiring managers, business unit
approvers, procurement, and vendors, and ensuring that all systems are updated accordingly.
Timely maintenance of contractor data for DTTS
Produce ad hoc reports through tools, to track contractor start and end dates
Audit all the activities and come up with the proactive/reactive measures that can be derived based on the audit
Support with meaningful reporting and analytics to enhance process and team efficiencies
Any other task assigned in consensus with the respective lead

Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
Demonstrated understanding of a broad range of recruiting operations procedures and processes. Should be an SME in the domain
Working knowledge of recruitment tools/TALEO/ HRIS (SAP, BW) and/or other RMS experience is preferred
Prior experience with candidate onboarding generating communications, moving candidates through various stages in a process,
resolving issues that might delay start, etc.
Prior experience developing, enhancing, and executing against a defined onboarding process. Working across a variety of stakeholders
and internal departments to continually refine and streamline the process, resolving any issues that would create a delay.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively understand the needs and provide support
Effective personal organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage competing, high-priority demands in a fast-paced environment
Capable of managing own schedule and resolving support problems with little day-to-day supervision
Display collaborative approach towards peers and clients to achieve common business goals
