Beverage & Fast food (quick meal) Crafting a variety of coffee drinks (espresso-based, brewed coffee, etc.), iced teas, and other beverages along with quick meals according to customer orders and standard outlet recipes. Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Food Service: Preparing and serving food items like pastries, sandwiches, or other cafe-style offerings. Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operating coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment. Cash Handling: Processing payments (cash and card) and handling transactions accurately. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment, workstations, and seating areas. Stock Management: Monitoring inventory, restocking supplies (cups, lids, coffee beans, etc.), and potentially placing orders. Teamwork and Communication: Collaborating with other baristas and staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
