Responsibilities: Prepare & cook Continental dishes (pasta, grills, salads, soups, sauces). Make coffee as per order. Training will be given Maintain taste, quality, portion control & hygiene. Do daily mise-en-place and handle kitchen equipment. Manage stock of ingredients & reduce wastage. Work with the Head Chef and guide junior staff. Skills: Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine. Coffee machine operation and cafe menu. Good cooking, grilling, baking & sauce-making skills. Ability to work fast during rush hours.
